GYROKINESIS®Methodology
GYROKINESIS® Methodology is the non-equipment based version of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. It is a fabulous way to kick-start the day, with its attention to the energetic systems of the body.
Classes start seated on a stool with some self-massage, and progress to incorporate the familiar GYROTONIC® arch and curl.
