Gyrotonic®

Using the unique Combination Pulley Tower Unit, a beautiful sculptural piece of apparatus, clients are led through a series of undulating movements designed to move the spine through all ranges of movement.

Classes are booked by appointment and are subject to teacher availability.

Gyrokinesis®

Gyrokinesis® is the non-equipment based version of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. It is a fabulous way to kick-start the day, with its attention to the energetic systems of the body.

Classes start seated on a stool with some self-massage, and progress to incorporate the familiar arch and curl of Gyrotonic®.
