Pilates Teacher Training

Brigid McCarthy Teacher Training is a Pilates Teacher Training Programme accredited by the PILATESfoundation®.

The full training (Matwork and Bridging) is a three year programme which is certified in two parts:

Matwork Training + exam (year 1)

Bridging Course/Equipment + exam (year 2 and 3)

Completion of the Matwork training is a pre-requisite to acceptance onto the second part of the course but is also a stand-alone qualification.

Post Graduate Workshops

Qualified PILATESfoundation® teachers are required to keep up with their Continued professional Development in order to retain their qualification. Workshops are constantly available at BMPS in order to achieve this.
