Indian Club Swinging @ Joppa Beach

Improve your dexterity & strength with this fun class!

Service Description

Beginner Level. This 45 minute standing class is great for upper body & core strength whilst also developing co-ordination skills. You will need 0.5 - 1lb Indian Clubs (max) OR x2 slender necked bottles filled with an appropriate amount of water. Classes will run every Friday at 10am and be held at the Joppa End of Portobello Beach. Please wear appropriate clothing & footwear as the class will go ahead come rain or shine!
